OSHA TRAINING 10 AND 30 HOUR CONSTRUCTION CLASSES
OSHA Construction Classes (10 and 30 Hour)
The 10-hour class is intended to provide construction workers with awareness of common job-related safety and health hazards, and the 30-hour class is more appropriate for supervisors or workers who desire more in-depth knowledge or have more onsite responsibility. Through this training, OSHA helps to ensure that workers are more knowledgeable about workplace hazards and their rights, and contribute to our nation's productivity.
Workplace fatalities, injuries, and illnesses cost the country billions of dollars every year. In its 2017 Workplace Safety Index, Liberty Mutual estimated that employers paid more than $1 billion per week for direct workers' compensation costs for disabling, non-fatal workplace injuries in 2014.
Employers that implement effective safety and health management systems may expect to significantly reduce workplace injuries and illnesses. They will also reduce costs associated with these injuries and illnesses, including workers' compensation payments, medical expenses, and lost productivity. In addition, employers often find that other changes made to improve workplace safety and health may result in significant improvements to their organization's productivity and profitability.
These classes are good anywhere in the United States and do not expire. In Alaska, more and more projects are requiring the OSHA training before you can work. Participants will receive an OSHA 10 or an OSHA 30 certification.

Pricing:
*Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley: $500.00 per 8 hour training day and $15 per student for OSHA 10 materials, and $60 per student for OSHA 30 materials which includes the $50 OSHA regulation book.
*On the road system in Alaska: $600.00 per 8 hour training day and $15 per student for OSHA 10 materials, and $60 per student for OSHA 30 materials.
