Scaffold Builder Training
Course Overview
Under OSHA Construction Standard CFR part 1926.454 employers are required to provide scaffold builder training to any employee who is involved in the erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold that recognizes any hazards associated with the work. This comprehensive scaffold erector training will promote a safe workplace and educate employees about safe work practices.
This course covers the following areas:
- The nature of scaffold hazards;
- Correct procedures for erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, inspecting and maintaining the type of scaffold in question;
- Design criteria, maximum intended load carrying capacity and intended use of the scaffold.
Class Duration: 1-2 day class length.
Pricing:
For Anchorage, Wasilla and the Mat-Su Valley: $500.00 per day and $15 per student for materials.
On the Alaskan road system:$600.00 per day and $15 per student for materials.
Off the Alaskan road system: $600.00 per day plus travel expenses and $15 per student for materials.
